7. MAINTENANCE
Changing engine oil filter
(Engine oil must also be changed while changing the engine oil filter)
You may need a commercially available clamp to remove the oil filter .
Tighten the new oil filter by hand only. Do not use a clamp or any other tool.
Dispose of used engine oil, oil filter, fuel filter, oiled rags etc in a manner to protect the environment. Do not throw them
in the garbage or pour on the ground or in the sea, river etc.Take them in a sealed container to your local service
station for reclamation according to the environment protection rules.
Remove oil filter by
unscrewing it.Empty the oil
in the filter into a suitable
container.
Dispose of the used filter
by giving it to your service
station.
Lubricate new filters
rubber gasket with clean
engine oil.
Install the oil filter by
tightening with hand.
