Why is there a large error in the weight reading on my Anyload OCS-T?

  A large error in weight readings on Anyload Scales can occur for several reasons. Ensure the scale was zeroed before applying any load by performing a manual zero. Verify that the unit is correct for your measurement needs and switch if necessary. The scale might require calibration, so perform a calibration. In some cases, this could be due to a defective loadcell or mainboard.

What to do if my Anyload OCS-T Scales do not power on after pressing the On/Off button?

  If your Anyload Scales aren't powering on, there are a few potential causes. First, check and charge the battery, as it may be discharged or defective. If that doesn't work, the On/Off key might be defective; try pressing it harder and holding it for 2 seconds. Also, the power cable might be defective, so open the front panel and check it. It is also possible that the mainboard is defective.
