If the battery is low on power, recharging it might solve the issue. Make sure the battery connectors are firmly plugged into each other. If the battery is dead, it needs replacement, so contact your distributor. For electrical system or motor damage, also contact your distributor.

  If your Aosom Motorized Toy Car isn't running for very long, the battery might be undercharged, so recharge it. The battery could also be old and need replacement; in this case, contact your distributor. Overloading the vehicle can also reduce runtime; ensure the user weight is below 20 kgs. Avoid using the vehicle in harsh conditions. Check that the battery connectors are firmly plugged into each other. For a “dead spot” on the motor, or damaged motor or gears, contact your distributor.
