  • Electrical Requirements: 220V single phase, 10A running amperage. Recommended 30A breaker and 10-gauge wire.

Usage Features:

  • Asymmetrical Arm Assembly: The lift comes with a combo (symmetrical and asymmetrical) arm assembly. It is recommended to use 3-stage arms on the front and 2-stage arms on the back for asymmetrical car lifting.
  • Safety Lock Release: Features a double-point safety lock release mechanism.
  • Automatic Arm Lock Restraints: Arms automatically lock into position once the vehicle is lifted.
  • Overload Protection: A relief valve is built into the power pump to prevent overloading.
  • Door Guards: Protection rubber is included to prevent damage to vehicle doors.
  • Up-Limit Switch: Protects cylinders by ensuring they operate within a safe stroke length.
  • Heavy-Duty Cables and Pulleys: Utilizes 3/8" diameter cables and 5" pulleys to reduce stress and extend cable life.
  • Nylon Sliders: Ultra-high molecular self-lubricating nylon sliders ensure smooth carriage movement.
  • Control System: Lifting is initiated by pressing the "UP" button on the motor. Manual lowering is achieved by pressing a lever.
  • Truck Adapters: A set of four 4" high truck adapters is included for lifting taller vehicles. Screw-in pads are also adjustable.
  • Toe Guards and Tool Trays: Can be installed on the side of the 2-stage arms for added convenience and safety.
  • Vehicle Loading: Vehicles should be positioned at the center of gravity between the pads, ensuring pads are at manufacturer-recommended pick-up points. Always use truck adapters as needed, not exceeding 9" of pad height.
  • Safety Jack Stands: Always use safety jack stands when installing or removing parts from a vehicle.
  • Operation Guidelines: Only authorized personnel should operate the lift. The lift is designed for empty vehicles only; never lift persons or vehicles containing persons. Do not rock the vehicle on the lift. Always lower the lift into a locked position before working underneath.

Maintenance Features:

  • Daily Pre-Operation Check (8-Hours):
    • Check safety lock audibly and visually.
    • Verify free movement and full engagement of safety latches.
    • Inspect hydraulic connections and hoses for leakage.
    • Check chain connections for cracks, bends, and loose links.
    • Examine cable connections for cracks, bends, and looseness.
    • Look for frayed cables in both raised and lowered positions.
    • Check snap rings at rollers and sheaves.
    • Tighten bolts, nuts, and screws as needed.
    • Inspect wiring and switches for damage.
    • Keep the base plate clean.
    • Check the floor for stress cracks near anchor bolts.
    • Verify swing arm restraints.
  • Weekly Maintenance (every 40-Hours):
    • Check anchor bolts torque to 125 ft/lbs. Do not use an impact wrench.
    • Check the floor for stress cracks near anchor bolts.
    • Check hydraulic oil level.
    • Check and tighten bolts, nuts, and screws.
  • Yearly Maintenance:
    • Lubricate the chains.
    • Grease rub blocks and column surfaces.
    • Change hydraulic fluid.
