WARRANTY
All products APM benefit from our vendor warranty. All products are subject
to vendor warranty for a period of 24 months following its date of purchase in
the store or online and can be exchanged or refunded through the retailer
which sold it to you. You will need to provide a proof of purchase (dated
invoice/ticket). APM Vendor warranty explicitly does not cover the following
situations:
1. Dysfunction, defect, damages or injury arising from external cause(s) to the
charger itself, and/or not by a lack of compliance with certification standards.
2. Products damaged due to an inappropriate use (ex: contact or proximity
with unfit temperature, humidity, magnetic sources, flames, chemical
substances, attempts to temper with chargers, etc.…)
3. Disassembled, reassembled, and/or modified products in non-authorized
conditions.
4. Parts that deteriorate as a result of normal wear and which by nature require
frequent replacement.
