3.8.1 Cabinet Tamper
This is a normally closed input and should have a jumper installed if not used!
Cabinet Tamper Input: TB1
This input is for connection to a switch located on the cabinet in which the AIM-1/2SL is installed to detect
unauthorized access to the panel. This is a normally-closed contact. In the event of a tamper condition, the
exit push buttons will not function on all reader connections. This condition will last until one minute after the
tamper has ended. This feature restricts the ability to have easy control of all the doors by merely shorting
the EPB input.
