CLEANING
• Never forget to turn off the appliance before you start cleaning and be sure that the power cord
plug has been pulled out from the power source.
• Before you perform cleaning or maintenance you should wait until the appliance has cooled
down.
• The base with a water reservoir and a power cord should be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth without
additional detergents. Do not immerse in water.
• To avoid damage, do not clean the food steamer with a rough or crude cloth or sponge.
• All other detachable parts are dishwasher safe.
DESCALING
• The steamer heater should be descaled on average every 8 cooking’s.
• Remove all detachable parts from the appliance (steam baskets, drip tray, steam diffuser).
• Pour 5% solution of vinegar and water to MAX level of the water reservoir.
• Then connect the appliance to the source of power and set the operating time of 20 minutes.
• After the time run out disconnect the appliance from the source of power and carefully pour out
the content of the reservoir.
ATTENTION: The appliance is heated to high temperature.
• Wipe the water reservoir with a damp cloth without any additional detergents.
