Serenity Tub Trouble Shooting Guide
1. WHEN UNIT IS PLUGGED IN AND COMPRESSOR DOES NOT RUN.
a. Check GFI outlet and make sure there is power to the outlet and GFI is not tripped.
b. Check circuit breaker and make sure it is not tripped.
c. Check 24 volt box on front of tub to see if the power (pwr) LED5 is lit up.
d. If all these items check to be ok, call Apollo customer service at 715-247-5625 for
further assistance.
2. DOOR WILL NOT RAISE AND CLOSE WHEN SWITCH IS PUSHED.
a. Make sure the Emergency Stop button is in the down position.
b. Check the 24 volt box located in front left corner of tub. The LED5, LED2, and
LED3 lights should be lit.
c. The light on the pushbutton switch should be lit (green).
d. Make sure there is power to the tub. (see item one checklist for power).
e. LED6 and LED7 should not be lit.
f. If all these items check to be ok, call Apollo customer service for further assistance.
