8. TUB DOOR RAISES OR LOWERS TOO FAST OR TOO SLOW.
a. Make sure the door is not catching or binding on anything. With the front collar
removed, there are 4 speed adjusters in the lower right front corner of the tub inline
with the tubing. These speed adjusters regulate the speed of the door raising and
lowering as well as the speed of clamping. To adjust these controllers, loosen jam nut
and turn the screw in or out to obtain the proper speed. When proper speed is
obtained, retighten the jam nut on the controller. Call Apollo customer service for

9. TUB DOOR OR GASKET IS LEAKING WATER.
a. The tub door and gasket are permitted to leak into the drip pan approximately 10
gallons per hour. However, the gasket is designed not to leak, and should be replaced
if it is leaking excessively. Call Apollo customer service for further assistance at 715-
247-5625.
10. DRIP PAN IS PLUGGED OR IS NOT DRAINING CORRECTLY.
a. Make sure your tub is leveled correctly. There should be a slight pitch to the back
right hand corner to provide proper drainage for the drip pan.
b. If the ¾” drain should become plugged, take a small wire and clean it out.
c. Proper leveling of the tub should eliminate any drainage problems. Call Apollo
