LIST
can be used
without
any parameters
to
list
the
entire
program.
LIST
can also be used
with
a single
line
number
to
list
just
that
program
line
.
If
LIST
is
used
with
the
following
format:
LIST
line 1-
line
1 and all subsequent lines
will
be listed.
If
LIST
is
used
as
follows:
LIST
-line
2
line 2
and all lines
preceding
it
will
be listed.
In certain situations (especially
when
a
long
program
is
being
listed,
you
may wish
to
cancel
or
temporarily
halt a
program
listing.
With
the
lie,
you
can cancel
an
Applesoft
program
listing
by pressing Ctrl-C.
A
program
listing can be
stopped
temporarily
by
pressing Ctrl-S
and resumed
by
pressing
the
space bar.
Error Messages
When
the
lie
encounters
a statement wi
th
an
error
, an
error
message
will
be displayed. The
error
message
will
be
displayed
in
the
following
formats:
? SYNTAX ERROR

***SYNTAX
ERROR-Integer
BASIC
