power adapter. Go to step 4.
4. Verify if the shutdown
can be reproduced with
another known good
iPad using the same
steps.
Yes This may be a software bug
and should be reported to
Technial Service Provider
Support (TSPS).

5. Ensure iPad has been
restored and setup as
new without third party
applications.
Verify iPad continues
