Settings > Wi-Fi > O.
- Remove original micro-SIM
and install known-good micro-
SIM.
Can iPad Wi-Fi + 3G connect to
cellular network?
Yes Original micro-SIM card is not
functioning. Refer customer
to his/her cellular carrier for
replacement card.
No Go to step 4.
5. Is issue caused by accidental

Yes The issue is not covered
under warranty.

repair option.
No The issue is covered if under
