Checking the forks
Check the transmission fork cam roller (1) and the
gear fork tooth (2) for damage, distortion and wear.
Replace the transmission fork if necessary.
Check the transmission fork movement and if it is
not regular, replace the transmission forks.
Fitting the primary shaft
•
Fit the gear of the fourth gear.
•
Insert the splined washer.
