The Aprilia RS 125, as produced for the US market, is a specialized motorcycle, designed for use in road racing, track days, and other forms of closed

course competition. The RS 125 is not homologated or certified for use on public roads, streets or highways in any of the 50 states or the District of

Columbia. In line with its intended purpose, the RS 125 is not covered by the Aprilia USA Roadside Assistance Plan. A new vehicle, limited, warranty

of three (3) months, with exclusions, is provided. Details of the limited warranty are provided in the warranty statement included in this manual.
