Why is there insufficient suction of smoke, vapor, or dust in my AQC Industrial Equipment?
    • K
      Kenneth MorenoAug 6, 2025
If your AQC Industrial Equipment isn't sucking up smoke, vapor, or dust effectively, several factors could be at play. First, verify that the fan is rotating in the correct direction. Next, ensure all access doors are properly sealed, checking the gaskets and hopper for any leaks. Obstructions at the fan outlet can also reduce suction, so remove any debris and adjust the air damper. Insufficient pressure in the air system could be the cause, so ensure there is a minimal 90 psig in the system. Leaks in the compressed air system can also lead to insufficient suction. Check for debris, wear and tear, or breaks in the diaphragm valve, and inspect solenoids near the pneumatic hoses for leaks, replacing if necessary.

How to fix dust or smoke coming from the clean air outlet of my AQC Industrial Equipment?
    • S
      smithvictoriaAug 18, 2025
If you notice dust or smoke at the clean air outlet of your AQC Industrial Equipment, it could be due to several reasons. The cartridges might not be installed correctly, so check their installation and repair if necessary, ensuring the whole assembly is sealed. Also, the cartridges may not be adjusted properly; screw them in tight to ensure the gaskets are squeezed against the frame. Damaged cartridges can also cause this issue, so replace any defective filters. Finally, check the gaskets on the access doors, honeycomb plate, and filters for any damage.

What does it mean when the alarm light is ON in my AQC Industrial Equipment (DCT-1000)?
    • K
      Kathryn MitchellAug 25, 2025
If the alarm light is on for your AQC Industrial Equipment (DCT-1000 model), it could be due to several reasons. The alarm value might be set too low, so try adjusting it to a higher value. Alternatively, there might be too much pressure loss, so check and clean the compressed air system, and replace the cartridges if normal pressure does not resume. Another potential cause is a pneumatic data hose that is unplugged, broken, or clogged, so inspect the hoses connected to the DCP pressure module for any leaks or tears, and replace if necessary.

Why is the cleaning cycle light ON but nothing happens on my AQC Industrial Equipment?
    • R
      Robin RamirezAug 30, 2025
If the cleaning cycle light is on but nothing happens with your AQC Industrial Equipment, first check the wiring between the sequencer card and solenoids. If the wiring is correct, the solenoids themselves might be defective, so check if they are working properly. Finally, the sequencer card could be defective, so check it following the manufacturer’s recommendations.

What to do if my AQC Industrial Equipment has insufficient suction of dust?
    • S
      Sean AlvaradoNov 10, 2025
If you're experiencing insufficient dust suction with your AQC Industrial Equipment, several issues could be the cause. The sequencer card might not be responding, so check if the voltage output to the card is sufficient and replace the fuse if needed. Insufficient air pulse cleaning can also lead to this problem, so verify the voltage output to the card and replace the fuse if necessary. Ensure there is a minimal 90 psig in the system to avoid shortage of compressed air. Valves not working properly can also reduce suction; inspect the diaphragm valve for debris, wear, or breaks, and check for leaks at the solenoids and on the pneumatic hoses. Also, verify that the cleaning delay and duration are adequate. High humidity levels can load the filters, so check for relative humidity and leaks,...
