3 PRESENTATION
TheMAXIFLOisacartridgedustcollectorwithanairpulsecleaningsystemwhichcleanstheenre
surfaceofltraon.Thedown owtypedust collectorobtainshigh eciencyltraonwhile
requiringlowenergyconsumpon.Thecartridgesarecleanedbymeansofasequencedpulseof
compressedairandthis,oneatame.
TheMAXIFLOdustcollectorislargelyusedinareaswheredustisanuisance.Mainapplicaonsare
forwelding,bung,pharmaceucaloperaons,handlingofvolaledusts,etc.
TheMAXIFLOmayoermulpleconguraonsfordustcapture.Oponalequipmentmayinclude
ahopperwithquickclipdrum,drawerorwithconveyorandrotaryvalve.

• Dierenalpressureindicatorshowingthestatusofcartridges.
• 3stepspaintnish:degreasing,primecoatandpolyurethanenalcoat.
TheMAXIFLOunitisshippedassembledorinseconsfornaleldassembly.Electricalconnecons
forthecleaningsystemwillbeexecutedatthejobsiteuponthecollectornalinstallaon.
4 NORMAL USE
TheMAXIFLOunitisdesignedtoremovedustfromtheairresulngfromafabricaonprocess.
EachMAXIFLOdustcollectorisbuiltasperthecriteriaandinformaonsuppliedbythecustomer
foraspecicapplicaonandshouldnotserveanyotherapplicaonwithouttheapprovalofA.Q.C.
