If your Aqua To Go Water Dispenser isn't cooling enough, it might not have enough space around it, or the room might be too hot or humid. Try moving it to a cooler location. Also, if you've dispensed a lot of water recently, give the cooling system time to catch up.

    • J
      Jeffrey ChandlerAug 28, 2025
To use the child safety red hot tap on your Aqua To Go Water Dispenser, let a new bottle sit for 30 minutes. Slide the red lever to the right, and while holding it there, push the hot tap down. It may take 2 minutes for water to flow initially. Make sure there's a water bottle on top or that the water tank is nearly full, otherwise the tap will not work. Be careful, as the water from the hot tap is very hot.

Why doesn't water flow from the tap of my Aqua To Go Fresco?
    • K
      Keith HowardSep 1, 2025
If water isn't flowing from your Aqua To Go Water Dispenser, let the cooler sit with a bottle on top for an hour. It can take up to 2 minutes for the first cup to flow. If there may be an air blockage: a) Lift the bottle up and let air into the bottle. b) Slowly rock the bottle and water cooler from side to side. Ensure there's enough water in the tank or bottle, and that the water intake isn't blocked. Also, check for any kinks in the water tube. If problems persist, contact Aqua To Go service center.

Your Aqua To Go cooler has been pre-cleaned, but if you experience a bad taste: 1. Turn off the power. 2. Empty the unit from the drain plugs underneath, being careful when opening the hot water drain plug. 3. Flush 2 liters of clean tap water through the system. 4. Put the plugs back in place securely. 5. Fill the tank with hot water and two tablespoons of bi-carb soda and leave overnight. 6. The next day, repeat steps 2 to 4. Ensure you dispense a cup of water from the hot tap before turning the rear power switches back on.
