Another cause might be that the TFC membrane is not fully seated; remove and re-insert the TFC membrane. A damaged or ruptured TFC membrane could also be the problem, requiring you to install a new TFC membrane. Lastly, if chloramines are present, the carbon filter may be exhausted, so replace the carbon filter with Chloramine-X filters and DI cartridge.
