Why is there no soft water at the AQUAPHOR S800 outlet?

Several factors can cause this. The bypass valve might be in the Bypass position; set it to Service for normal operation. The device might be connected to the water supply in the wrong direction; double-check the connections. A prolonged power failure could be the cause; reset the current time. Also, check if the water consumption indicator works during water draw; if not, investigate further. Changes in the source water composition, or mixing of raw and purified water, can also lead to this issue. Address each of these potential causes to restore soft water output.
