What to do if my AR Blue Clean BC2N1HSS runs but has no water flow?
    • M
      Mark LozanoJul 30, 2025
If your AR Pressure Washer is running but not dispensing water, remember that the power should not be on until water flows through the spray gun to prevent motor damage. First, check that your water source is active. Then, remove the nozzle from the lance to see if it's clogged (refer to the "Cleaning nozzles" section for instructions). If the nozzle isn't the issue, detach the lance and spray directly from the spray gun to identify if the lance is causing the problem. Also, inspect the Garden Hose Adapter for loose connections and check the filter for any obstructions.

Why is my AR Blue Clean BC2N1HSS Pressure Washer leaking at the high pressure hose connection?
    • B
      blakearthurAug 4, 2025
If water is leaking where the high pressure hose connects to the spray gun of your AR Pressure Washer, check for the presence of an o-ring at the end of the high pressure hose's metal tip. The absence of this o-ring will cause leakage. If it’s missing, use the O-Ring Replacement Kit (D) included with your purchase. You can find additional O-Ring Kits online at www.arblueclean.com or by calling Customer Service at 1-866-235-5112 to place an order.

Why does my AR Blue Clean BC2N1HSS Pressure Washer turn on then off immediately?
    • J
      Jessica MayAug 11, 2025
Your AR Pressure Washer may turn on briefly (1-2 seconds) to prime the pump when connected to water and with accessories properly assembled. It will then automatically shut off, awaiting the spray gun trigger to be pressed. To ensure proper operation, turn the power off, hold the spray gun trigger to allow a steady water stream, and simultaneously turn the power back on.

How to remove the lance from the AR Blue Clean BC2N1HSS Pressure Washer spray gun?
    • M
      Mikayla MartinAug 17, 2025
To remove the lance from the spray gun of your AR Pressure Washer: 1. Press the spray gun and lance together (about 1/8 inch). 2. Turn the collar of the gun counter-clockwise. If it's still stuck: 1. Hold the spray gun and lance upright with the nozzle end on the floor. 2. Push the assembly straight down to loosen the connection, then repeat the removal process. You may also try spraying soapy water or a lubricant where the lance connects to the spray gun.

What to do if the high pressure hose won't connect to my AR Pressure Washer spray gun?
    • L
      Linda SheltonAug 23, 2025
If the high pressure hose isn't connecting or staying connected to the spray gun of your AR Pressure Washer, the issue likely lies with the rubber sleeve covering the fitting at the hose's end. This sleeve may have slipped towards the metal tip. To resolve this: wiggle, twist, and/or pull the rubber sleeve down until the entire tip is visible, plus about 1/8 inch of the metal fitting below the tip. Then, try inserting the hose tip into the spray gun. If you're unable to move the sleeve, carefully cut away the end of the sleeve with a sharp knife, being cautious not to damage the hose.
