How to turn on AR BLUEMAXX 3000 Pressure Washer?
    • T
      Teresa HickmanAug 4, 2025
First, ensure the AR pressure washer is switched OFF. Then, plug the electrical cord into a grounded 120-volt outlet, avoiding any extension cords. If the plug doesn't fit, the outlet may not be properly grounded; try a different outlet. If it still does not turn on, try another electrical outlet. If the issue persists, contact Customer Service at 1-866-235-5112.

Why is my AR Pressure Washer leaking water at the spray gun connection?
    • P
      Pamela ClarkAug 8, 2025
If water is leaking where the high-pressure hose connects to the spray gun, check for the presence of an o-ring at the end of the high-pressure hose's metal tip. If the o-ring is missing, this will cause a leak. An O-Ring Replacement Kit (D) is included with your purchase. You can find additional O-Ring Kits online at www.arblueclean.com or by calling Customer Service at 1-866-235-5112 to order.

What to do if AR BLUEMAXX 3000 runs but no water comes out?
    • R
      Robin SheltonAug 14, 2025
If your AR pressure washer is running but no water is flowing, consider the following: - Ensure power is off until water flows through the spray gun to prevent motor damage. - Verify the water source is properly connected and turned on. - Check the nozzle for clogs (refer to nozzle cleaning instructions). - Remove the lance and spray directly from the spray gun to identify lance issues. - Inspect the Garden Hose Adapter for loose connections and the filter for any debris.

Why does my AR BLUEMAXX 3000 Pressure Washer turn on then off immediately?
    • R
      Ryan MccormickAug 19, 2025
Your AR pressure washer may turn on briefly to prime the pump and then shut off, which is normal. It will then wait until the spray gun trigger is pressed. When you press the trigger, water flows through the pump, and a sensor automatically turns the power washer on. If it's still not working, turn the power off, hold the trigger on the spray gun to ensure a steady water stream, and then simultaneously turn the power back on.

How to remove lance from AR BLUEMAXX 3000 Pressure Washer spray gun?
    • B
      Brian SchmidtAug 25, 2025
To remove the lance from the AR pressure washer spray gun: insert the lance into the spray gun, press them together (about 1/8 inch), and turn the gun's collar clockwise to lock it. To remove, press the spray gun and lance together and turn the collar counterclockwise. The lance should then slide out. If it's stuck, hold the spray gun and lance upright with the nozzle on the floor, push down to loosen the connection, and repeat the removal process. Applying soapy water or lubricant where the lance connects to the spray gun may also help.

Why won't the high pressure hose connect to my AR BLUEMAXX 3000 spray gun?
    • M
      Michael BrownAug 28, 2025
The issue is likely not with the spray gun itself, but with the rubber sleeve on the high-pressure hose fitting. This sleeve probably has slipped up toward the metal tip. To fix this, wiggle, twist, and pull the rubber sleeve down until the entire tip is visible, plus an additional 1/8 inch of the metal fitting below the tip. You should then be able to insert the hose tip into the spray gun until it clicks into place. If you can't move the sleeve, carefully cut away the end with a sharp knife, being cautious not to damage the hose.
