- Pomiar ciśnienia na tłoczeniu / Check the pressure at the discharge side
- Pomiar ciśnienia na ssaniu / Check the pressure at the suction side
- Pomiar temperatur par zassanych / Check the temperature of sucked
vapour
- Pomiar temperatur par na tłoczeniu / Check the temperature of vapour at
the discharge side
- Pomiar temperatury karteru / Check the crankcase temperature
- Pomiar wartości przegrzania par / Check the vapour superheating
- kontrola poziomu oleju z ewentualnym uzupełnieniem / Check the oil level
and refill it if necessary
- Kontrola prądów silników sprężarek / Check the current drawn by
compressors' motors
- Sprawdzenie czystości skraplacza / Check the cleanliness of the condenser
- Sprawdzenie zawilgocenia układu / Check the moisture level in the system
- Kontrola stanów łączników elastycznych / Check the condition of flexible
couplings
- Kontrola poziomu wycieków czynnika z instalacji / Check the refrigerant
leaks
- Stopień zalodzenia chłodnic / Check if the coolers are not blocked by ice

- Legalizacja zaworów bezpieczeństwa / Certification of safety valves
- Stan tac ściekowych parowaczy / Checking the condition of evaporators'

- Stan rurociągów odprowadzających skropliny / Checking the condition of

- Stan skraplaczy, a w szczególności ich czystość / Checking the condition of
condensers (particularly their cleanliness)

- Czyszczenie skraplacza / Clean the condenser
- Analiza oleju / Analyse the oil composition
- Czyszczenie parowaczy płytowych i płaszczowo rurowych / Clean the plate
and shell and tube evaporators
- Sprawdzenie działania zaworów zwrotnych, elektromagnetycznych / Check
the operation of check and solenoid valves
- Pomiar spadku ciśnienia na filtrze ssawnym / Check the pressure drop at
the suction filter
W przypadku wykrycia jakichkolwiek
nieprawidłowości należy podjąć odpowiednie
kroki. Sugerowane jest wykonanie
odpowiedniego formularza wypełnianego
podczas dokonywania okresowych przeglądów,
napraw, regulacji i konserwacji.
In case any irregularities are noticed, take
appropriate steps to address them. It is
recommended to prepare a form to be filled in
during the periodic inspections, repairs,
adjustment and maintenance.
