Why is my AREBOS Water Pump motor overheating?

  Your AREBOS Water Pump motor might be overheating due to several reasons: excessive output or delivery head, in which case you should adjust the throttle valve to decrease capacity; excessive wear of the impeller blocked by foreign substances, so you should clean away any foreign substances; low voltage, so adjust the voltage or wait until it stabilizes before starting the motor; a cable that is too long or of poor quality, so replace it with a cable of the correct diameter and good quality; a motor that has gotten damp, so dry the motor; or worn motor bearings, so replace them.

It could be due to low power voltage, in which case you should adjust the power voltage and wait for it to stabilize before starting the pump. There might be an open circuit, so find out the reason and remove it. The impeller might be locked, so disassemble the pump and clean it. The cable could be broken, or the switch and plug damaged, so check the switch, operation board, and cable. The cable might be short of a phase, so change it for a new one. Finally, the stator winding might be blown, so send the pump to the maintenance department to change the stator winding.
