Registration
• Open the Arenti App. If you are a new user, tap on the option to create a new
account and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the account setup
process.
Note: Before creating a new account, please read the Privacy and Terms of Use
carefully.
Pairing
• Open the home page of the Arenti App.
• Click on the "+" or "Add" icon and select the appropriate camera model.
• Power on the device. After about 30 seconds, the camera will emit a start-up tone
and the LED indicator will flash red slowly.
Note: During pairing, ensure that the camera and your mobile phone are close to the
router. If the camera does not enter the slow blinking red mode after 30 seconds of
powering on, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds to reset the camera. Then,
restart the pairing process with the app.
• Select the Wi-Fi network and enter the password, then click "Next". Ensure that
your phone is already connected to a stable and fluent Wi-Fi network.
• After clicking "Next," use the camera to scan the QR code displayed in the Arenti
App on your mobile phone. When you hear the sound "dong dong dong," click
"Notification tone heard" in the app. After a few seconds, the LED indicator on
the camera will become solid blue.
• If no device is found and the pairing process is unsuccessful, please follow these
instructions:
o Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is set to 2.4GHz.
o Verify that the entered Wi-Fi password is correct and that your mobile
device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
o Make sure the camera is in pairing mode.
o Heck for network activity on your Wi-Fi.
Note: If you have multiple cameras, repeat the steps to add each device individually. To
change the Wi-Fi network, restore the camera to factory settings and follow the steps to
add the camera again.
For pairing via Bluetooth (exclusive for GO2Q)
• Turn on your phone's Bluetooth.
• Open the Arenti App home page, click on the "+" icon, then select "Scan Code."
• Scan the QR code on the device casing using the app on your phone to add the
camera.
