What to do if Ariens Snow Blower unit does not throw snow properly?
    • M
      Mario PittsAug 7, 2025
If your Ariens snow blower isn't throwing snow properly, consider the following: * Ice or debris may be obstructing the auger, so stop the engine, remove the key, and wait for moving parts to stop. Then, check for and remove any obstruction before restarting. * The discharge chute could be clogged with snow, so stop the engine, remove the key, and wait for all moving parts to stop and for hot parts to cool. Clean the discharge chute and auger housing with a clean-out tool, but do not use your hands. * The impeller might be frozen in place, so move the unit to a warm place to thaw it.
