Align tab on Bean Hopper bottom to groove on holder, then turn clockwise until locked.
Fill hopper with dry, brittle foods up to 2.5 cups; avoid moist, hard, or oily items.
Use the Grinder Control Dial to select grind texture from 1 (fine) to 15 (coarse).
Grind size affects coffee flavor; too coarse is sour, too fine is bitter.
Match grind size and setting to brew method for optimal flavor.
