Assemble the three bars (SIL) and the boiler support bracket (BS) and arran-
ge them so that they t in the tile valley. Position the cage nuts (A) in the slot
and pre-assemble the collector support fasteners (S).
Once the boiler support bracket and lower prole are assembled, install the
template with the two nuts (V6 e D6).
Position the frame on the roof so that all the bars t exactly in the tile valleys.
Check that the xings are parallel.
Remove the tiles under the xing bars (SIC e SIL).
Shape the bars to t the roof and then x them onto
the attic using suitable screws (not supplied).

Position the rst collector inside the lower prole (BI) resting it on the up-
per bracket (BS). Insert the hydraulic joint connectors (see “200-2 hydraulic
installation”) and tighten.
Now position the second collector and connect it hydraulically to the rst.
Hook the fastener S to the collector prole, centring it horizontally on the
frame, and lock.
Unscrew and put to one side the four screws on the boiler cylinder.
Remove the three plugs on the boiler connections. making sure they do not
fall inside the exchanger. Position the boiler on the xing bracket and line
up the slots with the holes. Fix using the four screws previously removed.

Montage du support de xation du chaue-eau et du gabarit de xation du
châssis au toit.
Assembler les trois barres (SIL) au support de xation du chaue-eau (BS) de
sorte à ce qu’elles correspondent à la gorge de la tuile. Positionner les écrous
en cage (A) dans la fente et pré-monter les xations du capteur (S).
Après avoir monté le support de xation du chaue-eau et le prolé bas,
installer le gabarit avec les deux boulons (V6 et D6).
Positionner le châssis sur le toit de sorte à ce que toutes les barres corre-
spondent aux gorges des tuiles et qu’aucun problème d’alignement ne se
présente. Vérier le parallélisme des xations.
Retirer les tuiles au niveau des barres de xation (SIC et SIL).
Adapter les barres à la forme du toit et procéder au blocage sur la sous-
toiture à l’aide de vis adaptées (non fournies).

Positionner le premier capteur à l’intérieur du prolé inférieur (BI) et en l’ap-
puyant sur le support supérieur (BS). Introduire les raccords hydrauliques
d’assemblage (voir paragraphe « installation hydraulique 200-2 ») et les ser-
rer.
Positionner alors le deuxième capteur et procéder à son raccordement
hydraulique au premier.
Accrocher la xation S au prolé des capteurs en les centrant horizontale-
ment sur la structure et serrer.
Dévisser les quatre vis du cylindre du chaue-eau et les mettre de côté.
Positionner le chaue-eau sur le support de xation et aligner les fentes sur
les trous. Fixer à l’aide des quatre vis préalablement retirées.
