Unscrew and put to one side the four screws on the boiler cylinder.
Remove the three plugs on the boiler connections making sure they do not
fall inside the exchanger.
Position the boiler on the xing bracket and line up the slots with the holes.
Fix using the four screws previously removed.

Install the rst collector by hooking the prole inside the crossbar (F) and
resting it on the support bracket (M).
Insert the hydraulic joint connectors (see “200-2 hydraulic installation” and
“300-2 hydraulic installation” as appropriate) and tighten.
Now position the second collector and connect it hydraulically to the rst.
Hook the fastener L and the double fastener N to the collector prole, cen-
tring them horizontally on the frame, and lock.
Make sure you position the collector fasteners (L) the right way round
(concave side facing downwards).

Dévisser les quatre vis du cylindre du chaue-eau et les mettre de côté.
Ôter les trois bouchons des raccords du chaue-eau en veillant à ne pas les
mettre à l’intérieur de l’échangeur.
Positionner le chaue-eau sur le support de xation et aligner les fentes sur
les trous. Fixer à l’aide des quatre vis préalablement retirées.

Installer le premier capteur en faisant s’accrocher le prolé l’intérieur de la
traverse (F) et l’appuyer sur le support (M).
Introduire les raccords hydrauliques d’assemblage (voir paragraphe « instal-
lation hydraulique 200-2 » et « installation hydraulique 300-2 » suivant le
cas) et les serrer.
Positionner alors le deuxième capteur et procéder à son raccordement
hydraulique au premier.
Accrocher la xation L et la xation double N au prolé des capteurs en les
centrant horizontalement sur la structure et serrer.
Veiller à positionner les xations du capteur (L) dans le bon sens (con-
cavité vers le bas).
