SYSTEM OPERATION
MALFUNCTION CAUSE REMEDIES provided by authorised technician
Solar accumulator does not warm
when there is sun
• System not hermetically
sealed
• Incorrect orientation
- Find and seal leaks, then top up propylene glycol.
- Correct position of system
Thermovector uid is very cloudy
(see previous page)
• System problem from begin-
ning of operation:
- Collectors set up incorrectly
(turned through 90°)
- Residues in pipes
- Normal wear and tear
- Set system up properly
- Drain o cloudy thermovector uid and dispose of it properly; rinse
out system thoroughly with water; re-ll system with the correct
propylene glycol solution.

• Système non étanche
• Orientation incorrecte
- Localiser les points non étanches et les colmater, rajouter du propy-
lène glycol.
- Corriger la position du système
Fluide caloporteur très altéré (voir
page précédente)
• Problème sur l’installation
après une courte période de
fonctionnement :
- Montage incorrect des cap-
teurs (tournés à 90°)
- Résidus dans les conduits
- Usure normale de fonctionne-
ment
- Supprimer ou corriger l’anomalie sur l’installation
- Vidanger complètement le uide caloporteur altéré et l’éliminer en
bonne et due forme ; rincer entièrement l’installation à l’eau; remplir
l’installation avec le mélange de propylène glycol et d’eau adapté à
l’utilisation.
