CHECKS
Before making the water circuit connections, check that:
• the system has been cleaned
• there are no impurities in the circuit water
• compatible components are used (do not connect copper and steel to each other)
• the system has been hooked up via the water circuit
• the water is never harder than 20°F or softer than 12°F, and that its pH is 6.6 to 8.5. If this is not the case, install water
treatment to prevent incrustations and corrosion in the system.
• the water circuit pressure never exceeds 5 bar, otherwise install a pressure reducer at the system's intake
• an anti-freeze kit is installed, if the system is being used in an area prone to freezing temperatures
• the boiler expansion vessel is large enough to handle the water in the system
WATER PIPE FITTINGS
HYBRID MODULE
• Connect the external unit to the hybrid module at point A shown in the figure.
• Connect the system delivery to the F connection of the hybid module
• Connect the system return to the B connection of the hybid module
• Connect an anti-freeze kit (optional) in order to preserve the integrity of the external unit in the event of electric shock
due to any cause (e.G. Frost)
• Insert a filter at the external unit input.
