(HEATING)
Press the ON-OFF button on the remote con-
trol.
Press the MODE button to select the HEAT-
ING mode; the symbol “
” will come up on
the display screen.
In this mode, the air conditioning unit heats
the room by means of the “heat pump” op-
eration. For the heating cycle to start, set a
temperature above the room temperature
using the
▲ or ▼ buttons.
Example: if the temperature in the room is
18° C, you should set a temperature above or
equal to 19° C for the compressor to start and
heating to begin.
Press the FAN button to set the fan speed to
automatic, high, med or low.
Press the SWING button to set the angle of
the fl ap vertical defl ector in a way to change
the air fl ow's direction. By pressing it again,
the defl ector stops moving.
(DEHUMIDIFICATION)
Press the ON-OFF button on the remote con-
trol.
Press the MODE button to select the DEHU-
MIDIFICATION mode, the symbol “ ” will
come up on the display screen.
This mode, with its alternating cooling and
ventilation cycles, is designed to obtain the
dehumidifi cation of the air without the room
temperature being altered considerably. Op-
eration is completely automatic, the appli-
ance regulates the fan speed itself (low).
However, if the temperature is not comfort-
able, the
▲ or ▼ buttons can be used to set
a decrease or increase of max 7C° with the
remote control.
The FAN button is not active.
