For models equipped with the user interface shown in figure 8:
Operating Mode (Manual, Program 1, Program 2, Program 1 and 2).
Pressing the “MODE” key cycles through the operating modes (the selected mode is indicated on the display
by the flashing symbol: “ ”). The selection cycles through the modes as follows: P1,
P2, P1 and P2 together, Manual, P1 again, etc. Programs “P1” and “P2” are set by default to the times 07:00 and
19:00, with a temperature setting of 70 °C.
Manual mode ( on).
Enables you to set the water temperature. Turn your finger around the “SET” key until the display shows the
desired temperature (Ref. E). The available temperature range is 40°C - 80°C.
Press “SET” to confirm and save the setting. The time (Ref. F) the product will take to reach the desired tem-
perature can be displayed during both temperature selection and during heating itself. The display can show
the number of showers by the number of “ ” symbols that are on (Ref. E)
Program 1 ( on), Program 2 ( on)
and Program 1 and 2 ( on)
These enable you to program up to two periods of the day in which hot water is required.
Press “MODE” until the symbol for the program you want starts flashing.
Now set the time at which you want to have hot water by turning your finger around the “SET” key (sets the
time with a resolution of 30 minutes). Press “SET” to confirm and save the setting.
To set the water temperature, turn the “SET” key until the display shows the desired temperature setting (Ref.
E) in the range 40°C - 80°C. Press “SET” to confirm and save the setting. Press “SET” again to start the unit
running in mode “P1” or “P2”. If you have selected “P1 and P2”, repeat the time and temperature setting pro-
cedure for the second program as well. During periods in which hot water is not required, the water heating
function is o. Programs “P1” and “P2” are equivalent to each other and can be programmed independently
for greater flexibility.
If one of the programs (“P1”, “P2” or “P1 and P2”) is used in combination with the “ECO” function (see the “ECO
function” section), the temperature is set automatically by the unit and you can only set the time at which hot
water is to be made available.
N.B.: during all configuration procedures, if you do nothing for 5 seconds, the most recent setting is saved.
