My Arlo Go or Arlo Pro Wire-Free camera has condensation on the lens;
what do I do?
Condensation can reduce picture quality for Arlo Go and Arlo Pro Wire-Free cameras that are
used outdoors or in a wet indoor area. If your Arlo Go or Arlo Pro Wire-Free camera's picture
quality is affected by condensation, the best solution is to purchase a camera skin with a built-in
shade. The shade helps to keep condensation off the camera lens.
My Arlo Solar Panel is not charging my Arlo Go or Arlo Pro camera
battery; what do I do?
If you see this icon in the Arlo app while your Arlo camera is connected to the Arlo Solar
Panel, your camera is not registering the Arlo Solar Panel as a compatible power source. If you
see this icon or if the solar panel does not charge your Arlo camera battery, follow these
troubleshooting steps.
To troubleshoot problems with your Arlo Solar Panel:
1. Unplug and reinsert both ends of the solar panel charging cable.
To unplug the charging cable and reinsert it into the solar panel, you must squeeze the
sides of the plug. The sides of the plug click into place when the plug is fully inserted
