If your Aroma Kitchen Appliances rice comes out too moist or soggy after cooking, use the serving spatula to stir the rice. This will redistribute the bottom (moistest) part of the rice as well as release excess moisture. Close the lid and allow it to remain on KEEP WARM mode for 10-30 minutes as needed, opening the lid and stirring periodically to release excess moisture.

      Stephanie KellyAug 12, 2025
If your Aroma Rice Cooker produces rice that is too dry or hard/chewy once it switches to the 'Keep-Warm' mode, adding more water and cooking time can help soften it. Depending on the dryness, add ½ to 1 cup of water, stir it in, close the lid, and press the COOK SWITCH again. When it switches back to 'Keep-Warm', check the consistency by removing the lid and stirring. Repeat this process until the rice reaches the desired softness and moisture level.
