  If the AromaTech Accessories air pump is running but you don't see any mist or smell the scent, it could be due to a few reasons. First, the diffuser core might be clogged, in which case you should replace the oil with diffuser cleaner or rubbing alcohol and run it on level 9 for 10 minutes. Second, ensure that there is enough aroma oil in the bottle, above the MIN level. Finally, check that the top of the unit is securely pushed down until you hear a click.

You can wait for the device to turn back on by itself after the pause in the cycle, or turn the device off and on to restart the cycle. Also, check the schedule in the app.

  If the AromaTech Accessories diffuser turned off by itself, with no blue light on the base and no intensity level showing, it could be because the diffuser is designed to cycle the pump on and off and mists intermittently, or the time of day is outside of the scheduled operating periods. Turn your diffuser on and then wait a full cycle, 10 min. Note that the diffuser light turns off during normal running cycle. Also, check scheduling in the Scenting App.
