Secure the workpiece. Use the correct tool for the job. Store tools safely and check for damage before use.
Service must be performed by qualified personnel using identical replacement parts.
Avoid touching the nozzle or melted glue (177°C/350°F). The hot tip can damage surfaces; use the support stand.
Always wear safety glasses with side shields to prevent eye injuries.
Wear a face or dust mask during dusty operations to minimize the risk of serious personal injury.
The first glue stick fills the chamber; do not force the trigger if glue flow is slow.
Insert a 5/16" (8mm) diameter glue stick through the rear tunnel of the gun.
Plug in the tool, wait 5 minutes for heat-up, then apply adhesive with continuous trigger pressure.
Release the trigger to stop glue flow. Apply pressure for 60 seconds for complete bonding.
Bead gluing is suitable for most jobs; snake pattern is for cartons, foam board, and corrugated board.
Use only ARROW Superior Quality Glue Sticks for best results. All-purpose sticks set in 30-60 seconds.
