Operation Guide

Initial Glue Flow

The first glue stick fills the chamber; do not force the trigger if glue flow is slow.

Inserting Glue Stick

Insert a 5/16" (8mm) diameter glue stick through the rear tunnel of the gun.

Heating and Application

Plug in the tool, wait 5 minutes for heat-up, then apply adhesive with continuous trigger pressure.

Stopping Glue Flow

Release the trigger to stop glue flow. Apply pressure for 60 seconds for complete bonding.

Gluing Patterns

Bead gluing is suitable for most jobs; snake pattern is for cartons, foam board, and corrugated board.
