Set the point “0”
 Set point “1” at the maximum level and a RATE at 0. The attack of the note will be very
short.
Set point “1”
 Define the values associated to points 2 and 3: level = 99 and rate = 1000 ms. This
corresponds to a maximum Sustain level for the duration of the note.
Define the values associated to points 2 and 3
 Finally, adjust the setting of point 4: the LEVEL remains at the 0 value. Set the RATE to
about 1300ms. The sound volume is going to fall progressively at the note release.
