Check U08 PinR6/T6 (V IF ),
Can you see the normal signal?
Check the output of U12 .
Can you see the normal waveform?
Could you measure voltage of U08 & IIC lines?
Are they all normal?
You should replace TUNER.
You should check power line & IIC lines.
You should replace TUNER.
Check the output of Main IC( U08 ).
Especially you should check
The VIF and IIC.
Can you see the normal waveform?
After checking the Power of Main IC( U08 )
you should decide to replace Main IC or
not.
This board has big problem because Main
IC( U08 ) have some troubles.
After checking thoroughly all path once
again,
You should decide to replace Main Board
or not.
