3.1. Power
Connection
Insert the power cord round plug into the jack on the bike frame.
Insert the adapter plug into a 110V household power socket.
When the green light on the adapter is on, the console is operational.
If the console doesn’t light up properly, check the connector behind the console.
Ensure that there is nothing loose.
3.2. After
Powering On
All the lights are displayed on the screen after powering on.
Check if any of the light units are malfunctioning.
3.3. Standby After the full screen lights up, the console enters standby mode.
In this mode, all recorded values are reset to zero.
The resistance level returns to one.
Only the first segment of the power display progress bar remains illuminated.
3.4. Normal
Riding Mode
From standby mode, press the [Start/Enter] button to enter normal riding mode.
The time bar displays real-time per-second timing.
RPM collects real-time flywheel speed.
The speed meter displays the instantaneous speed in kilometers.
The distance bar accumulates riding distance.
The calorie bar accumulates the number of calories burned by cycling.
The resistance level can be adjusted using the shuttle knob or console buttons.
The power bar displays the instantaneous power to overcome resistance in
real-time.
3.5. Upshift Press the [Increase] button once to increase the resistance level by one step.
Long-press [Increase] to continuously increase the resistance level.
Release the button to stop at the set value or continue up to a maximum of 100.
3.6. Shift Down Press the [Decrease] button once to decrease the resistance level by one step.
Long-press [Decrease] to continuously decrease the resistance level.
Release the button to stop at the set value or continue down to a minimum of 1.
3.7. Set Up
Goal
Enter Set-Up: From standby mode, long-press the [Start/Enter] button to enter
the goal setting mode.
Choose Goal Option: Select and set one of three goals: time, distance, or calories.
Set Target Number: Edit the target value. Press [Increase] to increase or
[Decrease] to decrease.
Confirm: Press [Start/Enter] to confirm the goal and enter the goal riding mode.
Switch: Press [Reset/Return] to change or cancel the selected goal.
3.8. Cancel Press [Reset/Return] to cancel the goal setting process and return to standby
mode.
