- Display: Provides visual feedback on the unit's status, including indicator lamps for control voltage, hopper activity, emergency stop, compressed air, selected pressure, feeding device, drive, and blasting gun status.
- Nozzles: A variety of nozzles are available (flat, round, angled) to suit different cleaning tasks and contamination levels. The choice of nozzle depends on the material to be cleaned, the contamination, and the compressed air available. All nozzles are fitted onto the gun without using any tools and are secured with a fastener and locking bar.
- Accessories: Various accessories are available, such as a protective sleeve for the hose system, different blasting guns (OHP2), barrel nozzles, and a pellet cutter OHP. A gun light for cleaning jobs with limited light conditions is also available.
- Operating the System: The unit should be positioned at a dry location with the brakes on the front wheels. Before operating, ensure all covers (side panel left and right) and the safety grill of the dry ice hopper are closed and securely fastened. Dry ice pellets are filled into the hopper, and the cover is closed.
- Settings: Air pressure and dry ice feeding can be adjusted using respective regulators. An emergency-stop button is available for immediate shutdown.
- Shutting Down: To shut down, press the key to empty the dry ice hopper and wait until it is empty. The appliance switch should be turned to "0/OFF". Disconnect the machine from the compressed air inlet and the main plug from the socket. Clean and roll up the grounding rope.

- Maintenance Instructions: The basis of safe operation is regular maintenance according to the following plan, using exclusively original parts. This includes checking parts, accessories, operating material, and cleaning agents.
- Maintenance Schedule:
- Daily before starting operations: Check the transport hose for damages, bends, and other damages. Soft areas on the hose indicate wear on the inner side of the hose. Replace defective or worn out hoses. Check electrical cable and plug for damages. Get defective parts replaced by Customer Service.
- Every 100 operation hours: Check couplings of the transport hose, device, gun for damages or wear and tear. Replace defective couplings. Check feeding equipment for damages or leaks. Check attachment caps of the rear wheels.
- Every 500 hours or once a year: Get the device checked by Customer Service.
- Every 2 years: Replace the transport hose at least once in 2 years.
- Opening the Device: The side panels of the device can be removed to access the device for maintenance jobs.
- Maintenance Works: Replace the filter inserted in the water separator.
- Tests: According to the specifications of BGV D 26, the following tests must be conducted by a technical expert. The results of the tests must be documented in a test report. The device operator must carefully store the test report until the next test.
- After a working break of more than one year: Check the device to make sure that it is in a proper condition and is functioning well.
- After changing the installation site: Check the device to make sure that it is in a proper condition, is functioning well and has been installed properly. The operational safety of the device can get hampered on account of maintenance jobs or any modifications that have been done.
