products and, below, is a list of approved solutions that will not
harm the devices, while adhering to stringent cleaning protocols.

Cleaning instructions
1.
Before cleaning the device, your hands should be cleaned.
2.
You may use liquid disinfection solutions or cleaning wipes.
Avoid cleaning and disinfection solutions containing skin moisturizing
or corrosive components.
3.
Before disinfection, pre-clean the device to remove dirt with a cloth
moistened with a mild soap solution.

    Why is my ASCOM Handsets not ringing?

      If your ASCOM Handset is not ringing, it could be due to the sound off icon being activated, the ring volume being set to silent, or a defect in the handset. To resolve this, long press the Sound off key or the Mute button, increase the volume, or contact your system administrator.

    What to do if my ASCOM Handsets show 'no network' and beeps?

      If your ASCOM Handset displays no network and beeps once a minute, it has lost connection due to no network, no access, voice only, or messaging only states. You can acknowledge the dialog window or press the mute button. Contact your system administrator. Note that the dialog window reopens and the beep sounds again if the handset changes from one bad state to another.

    How to fix no display on ASCOM Handsets?

      If your ASCOM Handset display is blank, the battery level may be low, the screen saver may be set to black, or the handset may be defective. Try charging the battery, changing the screen saver setting (Display ?Screen saver), or contacting the system administrator.
