The primary function of this device is to play audio from Compact Discs and to tune into FM radio frequencies. As a CD player, it supports standard audio CDs and offers various playback modes. For radio, it features both scanning and fine-tuning capabilities for FM frequencies, along with the option to save preferred stations as presets. The boombox is designed for portability, featuring a carry handle and the option to be powered by batteries, making it suitable for use in various locations. To play a CD, the user first opens the disc door, places a CD with the label side facing up, and then closes the door. After powering on the unit, the user selects CD mode using the CD/FM button.
