FABRIC CARE INSTRUCTIONS

CHAIR ASSEMBLY - CORD AND POWER TRANSFORMER CONNECTIONS
WARNING:
Once the box has been removed from around the chair, you’ll noe the back is lying on the top of seat. There are few items to
remove from the seat por
1. Remove the zip e holding the red bag with Power Transformer and its cord that is secured under the chair.
2. Control Wand is located in pocket on the outside of the chair as show in Figure C.

glides can be adjusted to level your chair. See Figure A.

4. Slide the back down on the base. The back receiver bracket slide down on the mechanism arms coming up. See Figure B.
5. Connect the Power Transformer cable to the corre sponding plug coming from the back of the chair.

