• Do not try to light any appliance.

• Immediately call your gas supplier from a neighbor’s phone. Follow the gas supplier’s instructions.
• If you cannot reach your gas supplier, call the re department.

Also, check that the manual shutoff valve is fully open. A loose thermocouple connection at the control valve can also cause this; hand-tighten it until snug, then tighten a quarter turn more. Low gas pressure or a dirty pilot can also be the cause. Contact your local gas company to check gas pressure and clean the pilot or replace the pilot assembly if needed. If the thermocouple is damaged or the control valve is damaged, replace them.
