Turn the COOKING SYSTEM SELECTOR KNOB to
defrosting. TIME will be displayed. This time setting
can be adjusted. Press the START key.
In most cases, it is recommended to remove the food from the packaging (do not forget to remove any metal clamps or
clips).
Halfway through the defrost time, the pieces should be turned over, stirred and separated if they were frozen together.
DEFROSTING
In this mode, the air will circulate without any heaters
operating.
Food suitable for defrosting includes cakes with heavy
cream or butter-based cream, cakes and pastry, bread
and rolls, and deep-frozen fruit.
