Trouble & Possible Cause Symptom & Remedy
D. No temperature pull up.
1. No power to heater.
2. Power to heater.
REMEDY: Check overload and system
pressure.
1a. No power to chamber.
REMEDY: Check fuse or circuit breaker in
your line.
1b. Temperature controller defective.
REMEDY: Replace controller.
1c. Heat switch defective.
REMEDY: Replace switch.
1d. Relay defective (applies only for models
having relays.)
REMEDY: Replace relay.
1e. Heater connection loose or heater
defective.
REMEDY: Check connection to heater or
replace heater.
1f. Heat link open.
REMEDY: Replace heat link (do not attempt
to repair and do not short it out.)
2a. Heater connection broken.
REMEDY: Correct connection.
2b. Heater burned out.
REMEDY: Replace heater.
