1. Can I use the Astro E5 to charge 2 devices at the same time?
Yes. But when using 2 charging ports simultaneously, the total output current
will not exceed 3 amps.
2. What if the Astro E5 fails to charge?
Check that the adapter connection is secure, or replace the adapter if the
current one is not functioning normally.
3. What if the Astro E5 fails to charge other devices?
Ensure that the power cable is securely in place, or check that the Astro E5
voltage is compatible with the electronic device's required charge voltage.
