Extraction systems
These hoods have two extraction systems working parallel:
1. As an extractor hood on a CMV extraction duct:
▷ The cooking vapours are sucked in and filtered and then carried
outside via the CMV system.
2. Recirculation hood:
▷ As a recirculation hood, the grease particles and the smell in the
extracted vapours are filtered. The air that has been sucked in is
not carried outside but recirculates in the kitchen.
