If all the voice terminal lights are off and there is no dial tone on your AT&T Conference System, start by checking the control unit's power. Turn the control unit power switch off and then back on to reset it. Ensure the control unit is not plugged into an outlet controlled by a wall switch. Test the power outlet by plugging in another appliance to verify it's working. Also, a loose module inside the control unit could be the problem. Turn off the control unit, remove the top cover, and reseat each module securely in its slot.

    • S
      Sandra ThomasSep 12, 2025
If you're experiencing issues with the voice terminal lights, speaker, and ringing on your AT&T Conference System, a faulty voice terminal could be to blame. Try unplugging the modular voice terminal cord from the malfunctioning voice terminal and plugging it into a working voice terminal to see if the problem persists. If it does, the malfunctioning voice terminal is faulty. Another possible cause is related to cable connections. At the control unit, locate the intercom jack for both the malfunctioning and a working voice terminal. Plug the malfunctioning voice terminal into its original jack.
