USING THE
BASIC LANGUAGE
SCREEN 1
This is your beginning screen in BASIC.
You can do the exercises in this section if you
have a BASIC language cartridge for your Atari
400,800, or 1200XL. If you haven't already
installed
the BASIC cartridge, turn your com-
puter OFF and insert the cartridge in the cartridge
slot
on your computer. (IF YOU /-lAVE AN ATARI
800, put the cartridge in the LEFT cartridge slot.)
Then
turn your computer ON. You will see a
blue screen
with the word REAOY .
